Pavo and KWPN extend Official PartnershipFor over 25 years there has been a close collaboration between KWPN Royal Dutch Sport Horse and Pavo. During the KWPN Stallion Show 2022 the partnership between both leading international brands was extended by three years. Since the beginning of the cooperation, Pavo and the KWPN joined forces to build from each other’s expertise on a knowledge institute for breeding, raising, training and release of healthy and successful sport horses. Pavo director Aart Freriks further explains the partnership: "We have a shared passion and responsibility for keeping the health of horses in the spotlight. The collaboration with KWPN gives us the possibility to reach the right audience in our homeland as well as sharing the knowledge we have with them, among other things." The Pavo Cup is the most appealing example of this, but meanwhile there are more initiatives in development. For example, as a trial in the Netherlands the Happy Foal box was recently introduced, an idea of KWPN and Pavo together that is mainly meant for the novice hobby breeder. Also KWPN chairman Andries van Daalen is happy with the extended partnership: "The cooperation with Pavo has been extremely important for our members and horses for years. For a healthy horse, the whole picture must be right and food is part of that. Just like the KWPN, Pavo has a warm heart for equestrian sports and together we have the opportunity to put our horses and beautiful sport on the map, both nationally and internationally. I look forward to being able to continue this in the next three years." Other articles |
